Hacked by redirection

Hi people, I would like to see if anyone experienced this. My site got hacked by 301 redirection. First was on .htaccess and index.php. I fixed it. But now the redirection is still happening just for no logged in user and only in the homepage. .htaccess and index.php are OK. The db seems ok too. No scams for malware plugins finded anything. Any clue of what is happening?
