Hacked by hacker. (one small issuse)

Hi,

I’m one of the hack victims. My website was displaying “hacked by hacker”.
Anyways, I replaced the index.php in the root and replaced the header.php found in the themes directory.

My website is now back to normal, except I can’t log into my dashboard..
What is the process to correct this?

When I try to recover the password it simply says my username doesn’t exist..
Im also using hostpapa..

Any insight would be greatly appreciated. ??
