You are in the wrong place. I have read where this has been explained to you several times already, but perhaps you don’t quite understand the difference.
www.remarpro.com, where you are right now, does not host blogs or web sites. It provides WordPress software, and support for the software. It does not host any web space, or have access to the wordpress.com account that you believe is offending you. You NEED to address the issue with wordpress.com, as has been pointed out to you many times already. No matter how much you would like the issue resolved, it don’t believe it will get done here.
You say you have addressed your issues with the support team at wordpress.com. Perhaps they literally have thousands of members and requests to attend to (not just yours) and you may have to wait a bit for someone to respond to your efforts.
Perhaps you could take a minute to read their terms of service.

I’m not sure if anyone can help to explain it any more clearly or not, but certainly your persistence in ignoring what you have already been told is simply going to lead to more disappointment for you. Which makes no sense from a “common sense” point of view, because of this statement you made earlier:
“I have spoken to my lawyer and he is going to take action regarding this, as this is total slander and should not be allowed to up online.”
I’ll try to be blunt without sounding rude, if I can, but why are you still posting about this here? It’s hard to believe that any competent solicitor would allow you to do so. I really hope you get it resolved, but I think you are wasting your efforts by repeatedly posting “what you want” here.
