Hack / Tutorial: Dynamic Sticky or adhesive for Kubrick

There was enough interest in my last little tutorial, introduced here at the wordpress forums but explained at my site, MaxPower in this post, dynamic sticky for wordpress that I expaned it for the people who use the default theme, Kubrick.
