Hack Site – Remove Keyword Lines

Basically I have the following lines (see end b quote) in the middle of my page source code. I have tried searching the database for RSS, and have use Threat Scan plugins to remove eval codes but still can’t find where this is coming from. Also deleted all plugins not in use. The website doesn’t exist but the keywords appear in my Google Webmaster Tools as the highest rankings
