    Hi, I help the plugin developer as much as I can. When it comes to the development of the plugin that is when I submit a message to the developer to investigate further if the problem reported is an issue or not.

    How about the developer just get off his lazy butt and read the forum “for his own plugin?”

    Anyway, whatever dude. This is obviously a warning sign that this plugin has no real support, and no future.

    What you are missing is that this is a free plugin, supported by people like the developer and mbrsolution on their own time and out of the goodness of their hearts. You’re not owed a reply and not entitled to support from them or anyone.

    It’s great that this plugin is supported but try to keep the attitude down.

    Anyway, whatever dude. This is obviously a warning sign that this plugin has no real support, and no future.

    If you think complaining that way will get you anywhere then I suggest you simply use a different free plugin.

    Thanks for the eventual reply from the author. My issue was not getting a reply from the author, and having some kind of secretary constantly reply

    A few minor things.

    1. It’s not Janet.
    2. Neither myself or mbrsolution are anyone’s secretaries. We just attempted to set your expectations correctly.
    3. Again, the lack of response from isn’t really the issue and mbrsolution offered to forward your issue to the author. That’s where you became rude.
    4. You don’t get concierge treatment in these forums. Welcome to free open source volunteer staffed support.
    5. The author replied.

    You’ve gotten your response and I’m now closing this topic. If you have a new support topic for this plugin then feel free to start a new topic.
