    Hello,

    Today I updated H5P plugin to version 1.10.2. After updating the plugin, I was unable to access my WordPress Dashboard. So I have renamed plugin directory as h5p1 and now I can access the dashboard. Before updating the plugin everything was working fine.

    Now H5P content is not working on my site. I would like to restore all H5P content on my website.

    Could you help me in restoring H5P content without breaking the dashboard?

    What did your web server’s error log file say when the dashboard wasn’t working? Which version of PHP are you running?

    A. 500 – Internal Server Error
    A. PHP 5.3.6
    Could I revert to old version 1.10.1? If yes, how?

    A1. I found the following error in one of logs:
    [21-Jun-2018 10:45:06] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in /Adventure-Travel/wp-content/plugins/h5p/admin/class-h5p-privacy-policy.php on line 580

    You are correct. There was a bug breaking compatibility with PHP versions before 5.4. We’ve released a new version 1.10.3 where this is fixed. Upgrading to this should fix your issue.

    As a security consideration, you should really consider upgrading your PHP to a version that is still supported: https://php.net/supported-versions.php
