I’ve installed and activated the H5P plugin on a LearnDash LMS on WordPress, however there is no link for H5P Content appearing in the admin menu.

The plugin shows as active and compatible with my version of WordPress and there a H5P link in settings. There is also an a New H5P link in the top drop down menu, but I get an error message saying ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’ I am logged in as an admin.

Any idea why the H5P Content link is not appearing in the admin menu?

I have checked the Use H5P Hub box in Settings.

    Cheers,

    MsB

Hm, it sounds like there may be some sort of permission mapping issue. Perhaps if you’ve changed the default role permission mapping from the standard WP one.
I think a safe way to solve this would be to use a capabilities manager plugin to map the permission to the roles you want.

You can see how the default mapping for the H5P plugin in its assign_capabilities() function.

Thanks for your speedy answer. I logged out and back in on another machine and it is now appearing on the admin menu.
