H2translate site identity icw WPML

  • Ciao, I’am using WPML and just created my 2nd language (German) besides my Dutch one.
    I wonder how to translate the site identity (site-title & tagline); I’d like to show it in the language of the current visitor.

    Translate site also in Englisch. Need to change site name (BOSHUIS OP DE VELUWE) & identity (Ruim, gezellig chalet te huur in bosrijke omgeving en bij water(sport) en strand) also here.
    Anyone suggestions?
