    This plugin causes heading issues with This plugin for WCAG Compliance:

    https://www.alumnionlineservices.com/
    WP ADA Compliance Check Plugin

    It reports “incorrect heading order”
    Issues: h1 not found in the main content area; h4 before h3; <h4>Privacy Overview</h4>
    Issues: h1 not found in the main content area; h4 before h3;
    Privacy Overview

    The H4 heading comes from the Privacy popup which isn’t even in use on this website but the code is still added to the page.

    Does this plugin have to use heading tags in its content? Also, why is the code still on the page when the pop-up isn’t used?

    Thanks.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @nicksws,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

    The plugin is not still fully ADA and WCAG compliant. We have addressed this issue within our team. We are planning to implement this without affecting the existing users. Since the changes required will affect the existing user’s banner.

    We have also brought some improvements to reduce the indexation of plugin texts. However, we will consider all your suggestions and add them to our backlogs so that we can bring this as an improvement to our plugin in future updates.
