Hi, I am checking analytics of seo and it says that I have H1 in site, and is my Site Name Stock PSD – because it names it as a logo. I have changed my Homepage title and meta description and I want my homepage title to be as a H1. How I can do that? Right now, if I change my title to something else, it will be as a H1 and recognized from your plugin as a H1.

I am attaching those 2 screenshots so hopefully someone will understand what I mean:

The problem is that any theme that I try, I always have the same issue. How I can make your plugin to know my title of my homepage as a H1 ?

Thank you for your help & great plugin.

    Quick update: URL is https://stockpsd.net/

    Hi @fselmani,

If you want to change your page title, then you can change it from the AIOSEO Settings panel.

Here is a documentation for you: https://aioseo.com/docs/setting-the-seo-title-and-description-for-your-content/

Hi, thank you so much for your reply but this is not what I asked. I have added my title which is “Free PSD Flyer Templates | Posters & More” while in <h1> tag I have “Stock PSD” as a H1 header. I send 2 links with screenshots from source code. It looks like H1 is taking from “Site title” in wordpress customization and not from homepage title.

@fselmani You can use AIOSEO to control the page title, which is the <title> tag in the source code. This is what search engines look for.

The <h1> on the other hand is a header and is controlled by your theme; not All in One SEO. So, if you’d want to change the H1 for your homepage, you’d have to create a custom page template for your homepage in a child theme.

If you need any help with that, your best bet would be to post in the forums of your theme developer since theme customizations aren’t really our territory so to speak.

Let me know if that makes sense.
