H1 Tag Not Working In 2011 Theme

    I made a short video showing my problem where the default 2011 theme is not rendering the ‘H’ tags at all.

    I toggle back & forth from my 2010 and 2011 theme showing how the exact same post has a working h1 tag in 2010 but in 2011 it is not.

    I’ve done some Googling but nothing shows up.
    I’ve tried to replicate the problem on other themes but so far only the default 2011 theme is the problem.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
