I can clearly see that the contents of the given site https://www.elnuevopacto.com/ are Gzip compressed, that means Gzip works as it should be.

Don’t understand why some recognize compression and others don’t.

Sorry but better you ask such site’s support why it’s showing Gzip is not enabled even though your site clearly delivers Gzip compressed contents – I bet.
