Gzip Compression & Defer Parsing

I already installed this plugin and activate it.
Also did some async java script plugin and did what it told.
But on the GTMetric, it is still problem regarding Gzip and Defer parsing – as follows

1. Gzip
Enable compression for the following resources to reduce their transfer size by 260.2KiB (78% reduction).

Compressing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWyeNkeViNE&list=PLAMdvoQxCDBS6n8MEy0LzUHx2PJulfEII&_=1 could save 259.8KiB (78% reduction).
Compressing https://www.youtube.com/player_api could save 368B (43% reduction).

2. Defer Parsing
1.2MiB of JavaScript is parsed during initial page load. Defer parsing JavaScript to reduce blocking of page rendering.
