Gwolle GB shortcode in Themify Builder text works except for confirmation msg.

first of all: I absolutely like Gwolle GB. It’s working perfectly fine, just one tiny little thing keeps me from finalizing a project.
I’m using the Themify Builder to get a specific design for the guestbook page. Not sure if you came across this plugin, so I’ll keep it short.
The Builder offers several types of design-, text- and widget elements that can be placed in a grid. This grid starts just below the regular conent that you can enter in the regular WordPress content field.I placed the shortcodes ([gwolle_gb_write], [gwolle_gb_read] and [gwolle_gb]) within a text block within the grid – not in the regular WordPress content field. Everything works fine, mails get sent, the guest book entry can be monitored – all works fine.
However if it comes to displaying the success (or error) message, nothing shows up. The page itself gets reloaded, but it just shows the form in its blank form again.Tested it with putting the shortcodes in the regular WordPress content field: The success msg. shows up just fine. However putting the short codes in the regular content field sadly is not a possibilty.
Do you have a quick idea what might be the problem?
Where or in which file is the success message triggered?
Maybe it’s just a missing div ID or something like that, but I’m really stuck somehow. Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance (and for this great plugin as well)
