Dear Gutenverse Team or fellow website creator,

I have a serious issue with the Gutenverse editor. I am currently using the zeever theme and modified it to my preference. The primary color set with this template is light blue. I have set it to a darker blue but it just won’t change. Please tell me why!

Another problem is that I have border colored a group by accident. In the editor I could change the color and it disappeared again but on the launched website it did not change. Please tell me what to do!

Answers regarding, change the color again, or refresh the site are not useful in this case. I have tried the basic methods for troubleshooting these issues.

    Hi Maximilian,

I would like to replicate the issue. Could you please tell me which light blue primary color you have changed and how you changed it? Additionally, could you point out the border color? Some screenshots might be useful in this situation.

You mentioned that you’ve tried the basic troubleshooting methods. Could you please let me know what method you used? Have you attempted to disable your plugins temporarily, except for Gutenverse, to see if there might be a conflict with another plugin?

I solved the issue, but thank you for your response.

I now have another issue you could help me with. I am trying to put my logo and my nav menu in the same place but my text will not fit for the mobile version. Therefore I have decided to go with a hamburger navigation bar.

The problem is I want my desktop version with the normal nav menu, not the hamburger navigation bar. I cant seem to fit both in the space. How can I solve this?

In the images you can see how I tried to create to nav menus and I hid one on the desktop version while it was visible on the mobile version. This would have worked but the space is completely off and I cant move the burger nav menu up to make it fit.

Thanks for helping me, I hope my issue made sense to you!

hi @max81235 i cannot see your image. but easiest way to get this done is by importing header from our section library. from issue you having, ti think some of them will fit your need.

    Thank you

May I know why you are using 2 navigation menus and 3 columns? If you intend to change the column order so that the column with the navigation menu is on the right side when viewing it on tablet and mobile, you can achieve this through the column order settings.

To move the burger nav menu up to make it fit on mobile view, you can modify the column width. As depicted in the images I’ve provided below, I’ve set the column widths to 50/15/35.

    Another question:

I have set the header to the zeever template and modified it to my liking. On the Editor the mobile version looks exactly like I want it to. But when I load the website on my mobile device the header will not show. What could be the reason for this?

    Hi @max81235

I checked your site and it seems the header is there but duplicated instead of hidden.
Do you still encounter the issue with hidden header on mobile device?

Yes I still encouter the issue, here is what I mean:

As you can see, the header appears in the editor for the mobile view, but not on the actual mobile device. What could be the possible solution to this?

I notice that the problem only appears on certain pages. For instance, pages like “Contact Us” still display the header correctly. Do you use different headers for the Service and Contact pages? I’m still trying to understand why the header disappeared from the Service page.

I recommend temporarily turning off all your plugins except for Gutenverse to narrow down the potential issue. This will help us identify if a conflict with one of the plugins might be causing the problem.
