• The issue arises when customizing the website with Gutenverse. Initially, the website loads correctly, and the plugin can be activated without problems. However, while customizing and adding new pages, the editing page fails to load, although the frontend of the website remains accessible. This problem consistently occurs after making customization changes. When the Gutenverse plugin is deactivated, the editing page can be loaded again without issues, but the site does not appear as intended due to the absence of the plugin’s features. Re-activating the plugin temporarily resolves the problem, allowing customization to resume, but the issue reappears after further edits. This cycle continues, forcing deactivation and reversion to a previous state to continue working, without a clear understanding of the underlying cause.

    hi,

I am sorry, but it seems that your site editor did not crash when you took the screenshot. the error message would only be displayed when the crash happen. The error message will only be displayed when the crash occurs. In the first image you sent, there is a [1 error] indicator. Next time, please select it so we can see the error message.

    Thank you!
