Gutentor buttons and tabs not showing

Hi there guys,

It is now the second time that I am editing a page, and suddenly Gutentor button and tab backgrounds stop to show and work. I have no idea what happens. THe page I need help is https://www.festanca.org/en/entrance/, but the page that is normally working is https://www.festanca.org/en/admission-mobile/ .
