Gutenslider showing one version to logged in and different to logged out

    H, I am seeing some strange behaviour. When I edit the slider, the changes show up if I am logged in the backend, but if I am logged out, they do not appear and show an old version, on any computer any browser even if that computer or device has never been to the site and on a different network. It isn’t caching that I can see. And the slider doesn’t even exist anywhere in the backend. SO why would it show to any of the public who sees it? Thanks

    It seems related to the jetpack plugin, and even though acceleration was not enabled it was serving stuff from days or weeks ago. deactivated it and site works fine.
