Gutenberg widgets don’t show posts image

Gutenberg widgets don’t show posts image. Everything works except the thumbnail images. I noticed that Flex Posts is exchanging the image for another file (default.png). I also noticed that the images that the site is using are large because they were not treated by the author. I will not disclose the website address, because I stopped using Flex Posts until the problem is resolved.
