Gutenberg was killing me

  • For some reason, text selection in Gutenberg blocks started displaying as transparent. No amount of local override hacking could get my text selections back to a visible state. You can’t imagine how maddening it is to work with text without visible selection until you’ve tried it.

    It’s probably an exaggeration to say this plugin stopped me from switching multiple sites away from WordPress, but it’s not completely wrong either…

    I am curious about the issue you described because I have never encountered the issue you describe. Were you using one of the default themes when you experienced this? I’d like to look into it as it might be affecting other users.
