Gutenberg Preview in Mobile and Tablet Mode Not Displaying Correctly

When I am editing in desktop mode via. Gutenberg, everything looks fine, but when I preview it in Tablet and Mobile mode. The modes look different and the content are distorted. This happens even when all plugins are disabled. Cloudflare is paused.
