Gutenberg navigation not working

Hi,

I have a problem with navigation block in the header. In the editor view it looks ok, however in live , “production” it is displayed incorrectly. I’ve tried several Themes whoch are said to support full site editing via gutenberg blocks. Every time the outcome is not satisfactory. I’m using latest WP and i’ve done Healtcheck, actually it is a fresh install with limited number of the plugins.
