Gutenberg ID’s to blocks for one page website

I have been tasked with building a one page website with gutenberg, the header contains anchors to the relevant section on the website. However after building the site and now coming to link the navigation, I notice that there is no ability to add an ID to most gutenberg blocks.

The sections begin on cover blocks, columns and headers. The headers have the ‘HTML anchor’ field in Advanced, however the others do not.

Is there a way to add an ID to other blocks?
