    Where to enable gutenberg gallery block in your gallery settings ? Should I install some add-on for it ?
    Another question if I use regular old style plugin shortcode in gutenberg page builder. Is it gonna work ?

    No you don’t need to install anything additional. Gutenberg gallery block included in main gallery package.
