Gutenberg Editor not loading

  • After I install the plugin, I can’t edit any post or page. After a longer loading time, I get the error “Site is not available”.

    I have tried the following steps:

    – Default Theme and no additional plugins
    – Another WordPress-installation
    – Another Browser (Chrome and Firefox)
    – Changing the PHP-Version
    – Clearing the Cache

    Here is the report from one of my site. Maybe the server-configuration caused the problem. Thanks for your help. I’m looking forward to using the plugin.

    Hi guys,

    Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce this error locally or on our servers. Could you check your debug log and find an exact line and error message pointing to our plugin files?

    Nothing appears in the debug log, but page editing only stops working if the Ghost Kit plugin is active, if the plugin is deactivated, edit page work well, except that obviously it doesn’t let you edit the Ghost Kit elements because the plugin is deactivated.

    I can confirm this. I don’t get an error message either. (Debugging and logs are activated)

    @moonthsoft is our Pro customer and in the ticket system we found a core of his problem. The problem with the plugin named “Easy HTTPS (SSL) Redirection?”.

    @maxwunderlich, please make sure none of the 3rd-party plugins is active and this bug appears on a fresh install with a standard theme and with only the active Ghost Kit plugin.
