gutenberg doesnt save pasted content if it pastes into few blocks

  • I copy old article from page of mine from published wordpress post page.

    paste in gutenberg

    AND not only it will have DOUBLE SPACE instead of SINGLE SPACE atleast once in every sentence while in original theres single, and when i paste to notepad instead, theres still single space in notepad.

    BUT also i cant save nor publish COPIED content. WHY?
    default install, reinstalled wp twice, no plugins no themes

    pls help. using this hosting and domain provider for ages never had this issue

  • There is a plugin called Disable Gutenberg. This will revert you back to the Classic Editor. This might solve your problem.
