Gutenberg doesn’t let me start the “customize”

After yesterday’s update to version 6.1.0, connected to my Colorlib Illdy theme, it won’t let me customize my theme in the “appearance” -> “customize”.
For now, I’ve solved by turning off gutenberg.
Can I downgrade to the previous version or is there another solution?
