Hi there @theincogtion. Thanks for reaching out to support. Are you using the latest plugin? There have been some visual changes, but you should be able to still move blocks.

I do see some colouring in your screenshots that might also indicate a plugin or theme is also changing the experience. That said, let’s see about a few steps to find out what is going on.

Are you able to go to your options and see if you have ‘top toolbar’ selected, make sure you turn that off? Then click a block in your content to see if your movers return.

Should they not, would you be able to set the theme to maybe Twenty Twenty and turn off any plugins that could impact the editor. I know this is a lot to ask, but I would love in this case to remove as many variables from this to get things back for you.

    I used the Gutenberg plugin.
I disabled it and now removed it.
    Everything back to normal now.
    Thanks!
What is the difference between the Gutenberg plugin and the integrated Gutenberg Editor?

    Hi @theincogtion! ??

What is the difference between the Gutenberg plugin and the integrated Gutenberg Editor?

The Gutenberg plugin has the most recent updates and fixes to the block editor. All of these updates and fixes will eventually come to the integrated Gutenberg editor in WordPress, though at a much slower pace.

Thanks for letting me know. Nevertheless: the design of the integrated block editor was more usable for me compared to the addon.
