Gutenberg Blocks Broken

My Gutenberg editor has become unusable.
I’ve now been debugging for some time. WP Engine techs acknowledge the errors are happening, but cannot replicate them. The errors are occurring on clean browsers and entirely new computers. The errors occur when plugins are un-installed, deleted, and on new installs in a staging environment (not copied environments, but clean ones).
Re-usable blocks are glitchy, deleting themselves, copying themselves incorrectly, inserting themselves inside themselves. Even saving posts results in inaccurate representations on the front end for normal blocks. Normal blocks have some of these problems, too, (mostly deleting themselves).
Columns seem to make the glitches more apparent.

For me, the blocks tend to lock the edit post mode indefinitely. I’ve seen the blocks ‘stutter’ in edit mode and nothing can make it stop, other than refreshing page. I will say however, I seem to only notice this when I configure a block and then same as a new reusable block. The standard ‘out of the box’ blocks have not caused an issue.
Are you having issues with the standard, unedited blocks?

I actually originally posted about this problem months before this re-post. It’s been happening a long time.
I just tried to use Reusable Blocks — it immediately started acting buggy, even affecting the “Save” function, top right of screen. The data/images saved inside the Reusable Block did not appear correctly on the front-end, despite displaying accuratenly in Gutenberg.
I’ve ruled out theme conflicts, local networks (happens on all networks), plugin conflicts (happens without any plugins installed, other than WPEngine default stuff). No idea what to do. It really messes up my ability to create my site.
ReUsable blocks hasn’t worked for most of 2021 for me — and it’s happening to quite a few people.
