Gutenberg Block IDs changed during restoration

  • Hello everyone,
    We’re using WPE and noticed that, when we restore one environment to another or an empty environment, our Gutenberg block ID’s are changing. Basically it’s a copy/paste operation and this isn’t expected.

    Do you have any idea about the reason? WPE team also digging this but I wanted to ask our community.

    Hi @mhepekiz are you able to provide more information about what you are referring to when you say WPE?

    It refers to WP Engine. But we performed a manual restoration. Uploaded files through SFTP and same. Some DIV ID’s have been changed, and it affects CSS definitions.. Any ideas or recommendations?

    If you try to add the site files to a localhost or a different server does the same issue persist?
