Gutenberg Block Embedded Video Not Playing in iO

Hi and help! I’ve read posts about similar video issues, but they all seem related to plugins. Mine is happening with the Gutenberg video block.

This occurred recently as all used to work just fine (not sure exactly when this started since I’d not been checking mobile site, just desktop/laptop one … mea culpa and that has now changed!!).

The video on our home page no longer plays on iPhone or iPad although it’s perfect on desktop and laptop.

I checked with our theme supplier first and learned this is not theme-related since it occurs on the 2019 theme as well. They suggested I contact WP, which is the reason for this message.

Can you tell me how to correct this, please. It is making our mobile site look unprofessional.
