Hey,
It’s compatible in the sense that you can use Microthemer to customize the appearance of a Gutenburg generated page. Just as easily as you can a regular WordPress page. But it doesn’t have deep integration whereby you can edit via Gutenburg on the backend at the same time as applying style changes with Microthemer. I mention that workflow because it is possible with the Beaver Builder and Elementor page builders. I will see if it’s technically possible to achieve that with Gutenburg. But for now, you can style Gutenburg pages with Microthemer once they’ve been published.
