Guide for my page design idea?

    Hello I would like to create a site similar to this site waycoolgadgets.com , however I do not know how to create a homepage with a list of posts that have an image with a short description.

    When I create a post all I get is the generic blog post, I don’t know how to change it

    That website you linked to uses a third party theme, called Divi which can be found here.

    Using that theme, with the masonry style blog enabled will give you the effect you’re after.

    Is there anyway I can do that with any other theme like a premium commerce theme?

    Yes, there are many themes out there that can give you this look. This one is amazing.

    I would imagine this thread will be closed though, as it’s not related to WordPress products.

    @grassfedjeremy, Have you downloaded a theme yet? The looks and feel of a website is usually controlled by your theme and so this question will be for the theme author.

    @grassfedjeremy – You need to download / purchase your theme first.

    If you’re going to use the theme I just suggested to you, once you have downloaded it, unzip it, open up the folder to find Avada_Full_Package, then open up Avada Theme and you’ll see two ZIP files. You then need to go into your WordPress dashboard, to the Themes section, and add a new theme.

    Then, you need to select upload a new theme, and upload Avada.zip that you just found in your files.

    The theme will then install. Once that has done you’ll see a notice that you’ll need to install a plugin called Fusion Core. Do that, and then you’re ready to go and you can start playing around with it.

    This process applies to any theme you get, aside from that final bit about Fusion Core which is specific to Avada.

    I am playing around in Theme settings and Theme design but I do not know which function changes the post layout

    Anyone knows how to do it?

    And by it I mean having a post layout like the website in my first thread post.

    I already installed the theme, this is not my first website. I don’t know how to change the post layout in theme settings
