GUI Forms Issue

I’m having an issue with GUI Forms. They are installed on the pages I want and look great. But when you fill them out and hit submit it just gets stuck on “Loading”.

I also noticed that when I went back to try and manage the forms in the plugin it says there are no forms, but if I go to edit a page and select AddGuiForm it let’s me select from all the forms I created.

What is going on?
