    Hope you might be able to point me in the right direction. I’m currently dealing with a system we’re trying to keep as fluid as possible (aka no accounts).

    We want customers to reply using the {ticket_url} shortcode send via e-mail.

    One of the issues we’re having, is guests are unable to upload attachments on this page, even though they are able to upload attachments on their original ticket creation.

    Am I doing something incredibly stupid? Hope you can help.
