Guest’s can’t post comments

    Nothing happens when a guest tries to post a comment to one of my articles.

    There is a loading animation and then nothing.

    I’ve enabled the “Allow guests to comment”.

    What I’ve tried so far:

    • Disabled all plugins
    • Enabled “Twenty Twenty-One” theme
    • I’ve cleared all chaches
    • Tried several browsers on different Pc’s/phones

    Any suggestions?

    Something is blocking the native WordPress admin-ajax.php file.

    Please review the options in your security plugins to ensure they aren’t blocking WordPress AJAX. Additionally, check the .htaccess file as it may also be causing the blockage.

    If none of the plugins are causing the issue, please contact your server support and request them to examine the access of the admin-ajax.php file. This can also be handled on the server side
