It seems as though someone is listed as a Guest if they’re not logged in to Facebook when they come to your site and use the Messenger feature.

Is there a particular reason why you would want them to be logged in to Facebook before using the messenger on your site?

How to display guest user name.
Because it display guest user**** messaged you.
So is there any option available to give options to guest users to enter their name.

I’m afraid that there is not a built-in method for requesting a guest to enter a name. Currently, a customization would be required in order to set something like this up.

I went ahead and passed this feedback along to our products team. Although I cannot guarantee if/when this might be added to the plugin, our team does take these requests into consideration when planning future development efforts.
