haha anything is possible, i just need to understand some more things ??
first thing, email address + reference number is not very different from email address + password. When a guest ticket author comes back they still have to enter credentials to log in for either scenario. Which is why I’m having a hard time understanding the benefit of having a guest ticket feature.
Perhaps if you can explain to me how this could benefit you as the site admin, or the customers you have, I can then understand it better and figure out the best approach to do this!
