Guest results are showing in leaderboard + how to reset results?

    Hi

    I am testing this plugin and I see that you can show score boards with a short code. In the Single Quiz Results settings, it says you can show the leaderboard to guests too, and that only results of logged in users will be shown, see the last sentence in the tooltip in this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/DKn2d4.jpg

    When I tested it, it showed guest user results (a non-logged in person) as well as a logged in person. Is this meant to be like that?

    Also, how can I reset the results? After I test the quizzes, I’d like to reset the quiz results and let people do it for real.

    Thank you for your topic.

    I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
    I want to inform you that the last sentence in the tooltip is not necessary and will be removed from our tooltip, as this shortcode was originally designed to display all results from a specific quiz, including those from logged-in users and guests.

    The “Show to guests too” option is meant to allow you to display the table with the same data to guests as well.

    Regarding this, if you want to delete results from a specific quiz, you can do so by opening the quiz Results and removing the ones you want.

    Thank you for the reply! Deleting the results worked!

    Can I check, for the leaderboard, does that mean the leaderboard will show results from logged out guests too? Is it possible to display only the results of users that created an account and logged in to do the test? That way the leaderboard will have the names of people instead of showing “guest” each time someone does the test. In fact, it shows “guest” twice if you do the same quiz twice while logged out.

    Thank you for your response.

    I want to mention that, unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this as this shortcode is designed for displaying “All Results”.
    If you want to display data of only logged-in users, we recommend using the “Leaderboard By Quiz Category Settings” shortcode. This feature allows you to show your preferred number of results with corresponding settings (AVG, MAX, SUM).

    However, please note, that this feature is available only in the Pro version of the plugin.
