Guest/Public View

    In the settings I see that I can change which roles can view discussion topics. However, no matter how I set this, if you are logged out, you cannot view topics. Is this by design, and how could this be changed?

    Yes, just deselect all options from the ‘Permitted Viewer Roles’ setting. Then anyone can view topics.
