Guest mode / Guest mode optimization affects normal visitor visits

    Hi,

    When I use guest mode and guest mode optimization. It breaks my site for normal visitors. Is this normal behavior?

    My understanding is it would only use this when an automated visitor visits the website and has the list of default visitors such as GTMetrix etc.

    I have added already sent a report for another ticket which is – BPVVBGRW

    It breaks CSS and JS.

    I have the CSS & JS optimized enough for it not to break for normal visitors, but when I use guest mode optimization it generates CCSS/UCSS and other elements but it seems to break it for normal visitors not just for guest bots.

    Yes, it does not seem to redirect back. I just see the page with animations not working, sometimes images not displaying.

    Hi,

    you can check the request list with dev tool, make sure you see guest.vary.php request

    I have seen some security plugin that blocks access to wp-content/plugins/xxxx.php which will lead to this kind of issue

    you also have cloudflare page cache , this is not compatible with guest mode
