    Hi everyone,

    Got an issue with guest checkout where the checkbox for create an account appears way up the page in the billing details section.

    This means that a customer cannot then complete those remaining fields and can only check the box, thus breaking the user journey.

    I’ve changed the settings to force registration to remove the checkbox, but for conversion rate would like to fix the issue and go back to guest checkout if possible.

    Any help much appreciate.

  • hi,

    was it working before? a css customizations or a plugin installed could break that. change your theme temporarily or disable the plugin(s) in question to see if the issue disappears.

    Hey there!

    As auludag mentions, this is typically due to some customziation, either directly or by using a plugin or theme that moves things.

    Changing themes to Storefront and disabling all plugins will help you rule this out.
