Guest Checkout

Hi everyone,
Got an issue with guest checkout where the checkbox for create an account appears way up the page in the billing details section.
This means that a customer cannot then complete those remaining fields and can only check the box, thus breaking the user journey.
I’ve changed the settings to force registration to remove the checkbox, but for conversion rate would like to fix the issue and go back to guest checkout if possible.
Any help much appreciate.
