Guest can’t replay to ticket issue

    Hi,

    I’m currently testing your plugin. Creating a ticket as a guest works fine, but when I try to reply as a guest (for example, when the status is set to “Awaiting customer reply”), nothing happens. The loading circle keeps spinning, and after that, no message is recorded.

    Is this a bug, or is it some kind of limitation due to using the free version?

    This happens on v3.2.9. I’ve installed now v3.2.8 and this is working fine

    This is known bug in the latest version. Please keep using previous veriosn 3.2.8.
