Hi, I am trying to enable guest bookings for a single event. I have the latest Events Manager v5.9.11.3 and older Events Manager Pro v2.6.7.2. In my Bookings Settings, I have

    – Allow guest bookings? Yes
    – Approval Required? No
    – Enable No-User Booking Mode? Yes
    – Allow bookings with registered emails? No

On the event itself, I’ve set the ticket to be for “Everyone”. I’ve also tried to set the event for “Guest users”.

However, neither setting can make the booking form show up for logged out users. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong with the settings?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I’m also using Restrict Content Pro plugin, and I noticed that if I’m logged in, I have to have a paid role in order for the bookings form to show. However, when I check the RCP settings for the event and globally, I have set no restrictions for anything. I have also tried disabling RCP and testing Events Manager, and still no luck.

I figured this out – I needed to update the bookingform.php file in the themes folder.

What did you update this to? My installation is showing the ticket, but doesn’t show the checkout button for guests who aren’t logged in, it just shows the text that they need to login.

I updated to the latest installation as of 3 days ago. My issue was I must have added custom code to the file in themes/plugins/bookingform.php – after deleting the custom code and copypasting the newest version of that file, it solved the issue.
