Guest authors no longer showing

Could I confirm with you that this is the issue that you are referring to?

Yes, and on other Author Pages they are blank like the screenshot or my name though I’m not set as the author.

@rweldytng Can you please let me know what theme you are using?

@rweldytng So this issue is because your theme does not recognize the guest author that we created.

To solve this issue, you will need to dive deep on your theme code, and apply our Author Box shortcode onto it: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/shortcodes/

Since theme structure is different from one theme and another, you will need to make sure input it in the correct place.

If you have Pro version of our plugin, we could directly login to your site and investigate it for you.
