GTranslate plugin doesn’t work

  • Hi,

    despite the paid GTranslate plugin that would need to have “privileges” with instant responses on live chat, I am again directed to the Forum.

    I’d like to ask you nicely for help working with the plugin.
    Clicking on flags on the web does not change the language, and on the mobile version they do not appear at all.

    Hi,

    I do not see you have a paid version for broth.hr website, maybe you have it for another website?

    I can see the free version works just fine for your website.

    I do not see the language selector available for mobile screens, so I recommend you to use Show floating selector option to show the language selector properly for all devices.

    You can also try to position it using our [gtranslate] shortcode.

    Start with Hello World text, if you are happy with the position of that text for desktop as well for mobile screens, then simply replace it with [gtranslate] and the language switcher will be displayed instead.
