GTMetrix Stating need to optimise

  • Hi Dev,

    I purchased and I am currently up to date with software versions and I could do with your help, please.

    I have all of the images set to ULTRA on the optimisation level yet GTMetrix tells me “Optimize the following images to reduce their size by 145.9KiB (8% reduction)”, then a list of all of the images that are not optimised.

    PageSpeed uses another algorithm which gives different results—this can be better for certain images, but worse for others.
    We don’t want to over-optimize images which would make them look blurry, grainy, or pixelated. With Imagify we aim to achieve a large reduction in file size while maintaining visual quality.
