    Hi @andreitejada21

Can you check if these images are optimized (main ones)? Like Computer_Typing_Support_for_Hands_Pair_of_Gloves_Black_L_M_S.jpg? If so, can you check if thumbnails are optimized or not?

It looks like these are not optimized as I am able to optimize them via the app directly https://app.imagify.io

Make sure to check Imagify settings, if 100×100 and 500×500 thumbnails are included in optimization.

Also, when you check the specific image, there should be info on how many thumbnails are optimized.

Feel free to give me this information so we could act further.

For some images, it might not be expected to be optimized further, like all these that are less than 1kB left to be optimized. So GTMetrix recommendation might still stay there, but we can optimize the larger ones at least.

    Hi Marko!

Thank you for your immediate response.

I did check the settings and all the thumbnails were included in the optimization.

I also did optimize those images but it still showing up on GTMetrix.

    Hey @andreitejada21

    You are welcome!

I see. I guess our algorithm is simply not optimizing these as it thinks further optimization would affect the quality.

What you can try for this one (and other similar ones) is to reoptimize in Ultra compression level, which would probably reduce their size. But it is important to check if the quality is affected.

Let me know if that helped.

    Hello Marko!

Yes, it did help. I did try to reoptimize it to Ultra. It still shows on GTMetrix but at least it reduced the size.

Thank you again for your help. I really appreciated it.

    Hey @andreitejada21,

Awesome, thanks for letting me know! GTMetrix can give unrealistic recommendations sometimes (which does not mean it is not a good tool).

Imagify and other similar optimization tools are doing automated job (in terms of optimizing a lot of images at once) to save time, so these minor differences are expected and should not affect your performance.

We are happy to help if you need any further assistance, so don’t hesitate to get in touch anytime.

    Best Regards
    Marko
