GTmetrix is not detecting my W3 TC Expiry Headers

    Hi guys. I was following some post provided by Marko Vasiljevic which I find to be very helpful; however, this issue with the expiry headers seems to be a bit more complex that I could manage.

    In addition, I did all the set up in my w3 total cache plugin regarding the expiration time but GTmetrix on the YSLOW tab is still showing that I have 0 regarding expiry headers.

    Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
    I’ve tested your website on Gtmetrix and as you already pointed out the “Add Expires headers” score in Yslow is 0. However, there is a perfectly simple explanation for that. All of those are external resources, meaning those resources are coming from another server. This being said W3 Total Cache does not have control over these files and neither can any other plugin by that matter. Simply, those files coming from Twitter, Google, Facebook, and external images are not on your server.

    There are 20 static components without a far-future expiration date.
